Shipping & Returns

All orders within Thimphu are delivered free of charge. We handle every delivery with care to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition.

For deliveries outside Thimphu, shipping charges are calculated based on your location and will be communicated before you confirm your order.

Standard delivery within Thimphu takes 1–2 business days for in-stock items. For special orders or items being imported, timelines will be shared at the time of purchase.

Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you with the expected delivery date. Our team will coordinate directly with you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 1 day of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please contact our team to initiate a return or exchange.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Custom or made-to-order items (when available in the future) may not be eligible for returns. Any exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
